A strategic problem-solver

A strategic problem-solver for ambitious founders
YK spent 25 years inside the world’s largest technology organisations before founding NeoStrategy, progressing from engineer to Program Director at TCS, to Head of Solutions at Capgemini, to Vice President at Accenture. Across those years, he worked with 20+ CIOs across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC, architected over $1.3 billion in TCV solution experience, and built high-performing teams and practices from the ground up across multiple geographies.
That enterprise background is what he brings into every founder’s boardroom. Not theory. Not frameworks borrowed from a textbook. The actual pattern recognition that comes from solving complex, high-stakes business problems at scale repeatedly, and with real money on the line.
Built from two decades of
enterprise experience.
Built from two decades of enterprise experience.
Before NeoStrategy, YK spent over two decades across TCS, Capgemini, and Accenture, working with global technology businesses across India, the US, the UK, and Australia. As a former Vice President at Accenture and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, he built deep expertise in enterprise growth, strategic consulting, and complex client relationships.
But titles and organisations were never what defined his work.
He was drawn to complex problems, pivotal business moments, and opportunities others overlooked. Over time, he developed a rare ability to identify patterns across businesses, people, and markets, and turn them into clear strategic direction.
That thinking became the foundation for NeoStrategy.
The belief
that shapes his work
Working with founder-led businesses, YK realised that growth strategies often fail for one simple reason: they treat every business the same.
In reality, every business reflects its founder. Their ambition, decision-making, strengths, relationships, and leadership style shape the organisation’s culture, priorities, and trajectory.
This insight became the foundation of YK’s Founder-Fit Strategy: the right strategy is built around the founder, the team, and the market opportunity.
